Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.People who meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder; 2.Age 18 ~80 years old; 3.Sign an informed consent form with the patient or his/her family;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to drugs (dexmedetomidine hydrochloride nasal spray, local anaesthetics etc.); 2.Recent history of myocardial infarction, asthma, glaucoma, goiter, abnormal conduction of cardiac excitation, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, liver, kidney, lung and other organs with serious lesions. 3.Combination of consciousness disorder, cognitive dysfunction, acute and chronic pain; 4.Poor compliance, unable to complete the content of the study and information collection; 5.Abnormal coagulation function, infection at the puncture site;
