Inclusion criteria: 1.Male psychiatric nurses with more than one year of working experience; 2.Age range between 20 to 60 years; 3.It is possible to communicate in Mandarin;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of psychotic symptoms or severe physical illnesses; 2.Individuals with a risk of suicide;
