Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lung transplant recipients who underwent lung transplantation in Wuxi People's Hospital from 2018.1.1 to 2022.12.31 were enrolled in the study; 2.recipients received single, bilateral or labor lung transplantation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The recipients were <18 years old at the time of lung transplantation; 2.Recipients who underwent combined transplantation; 3.Recipients who underwent retransplantation; 4.Without a complete medical data, including electronic medical record system did not find the recipients in the postoperative information or lacking of medical record information.
