Chronic sinusitis

Interventions

Group A:In group A, 0.375% ropivacaine +5mg dexamethasone injection mixture of 5ml was injected into the affected lateral palatine fossa by trocar along the subzygomatic approach 15min before surgery
Group B:he administration time of group B was 0.375% ropivacaine +5mg dexamethasone injection mixture 5ml in sphenopalatine fossa through internal channel after nasal endoscopic surgery.
Group C:In the same way as in group A, patients in group C were injected with 5mL normal saline before surgery, and cotton tablets containing epinephrine were placed at the acupuncture site to reduce
Group D :In group D, sphenopalatine ganglion block was used only instead of nasal endoscopy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? All patients met the diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis, and were confirmed by CT or MRI; ? Informed consent of the patient and his family; ? Complete clinical data; ? ASA grade is ? ~ ?; ? Volunteer to accept the treatment in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with drug allergy were involved in this study; ? Severe deviation of the nasal septum on the affected side or nasal masses seriously hinder the transnasal approach of SPGB operators; ? Patients with coagulation disorders; ? Patients with malignant tumor; ? Acute and chronic pulmonary infection. ? Patients with mental and mental illness.
