Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient must have an impacted mandibular third molar that necessitates extraction; 2.The patient must be between 18 and 39 years old; 3.The patient must be fully conscious and capable of accurately describing their sensations during the procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The impacted tooth is severely decayed, significantly damaged in the crown, or exhibits severe wear or malocclusion; 2.The periodontal tissues surrounding the impacted tooth show severe destruction, including significant alveolar ridge resorption; 3.The patient has a known allergy to anesthetics; 4.The patient has contraindications specifically related to the tooth extraction procedure.
