Control group:The control group received routine preoperative care.

experimental group:The experimental group adopted ear acupressure combined with the Five-Element Music Therapy on the basis of routine care.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with dental anxiety undergoing single implant placement, with a MDAS score greater than 13; 2.aged between 18 and 60 years old; 3.patients and their families provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mental illness or psychiatric disorders who are undergoing anti-anxiety treatment; 2. Those with severe physical illnesses; 3. People with cognitive impairments, hearing, vision, and other motor disabilities that prevent them from completing the questionnaire.
