Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 60 years or older; 2.Premolars and molars with normal tooth development structure; 3.Caries-induced pulp exposure; 4.No percussion pain on clinical examination; 5.Looseness ? ?°; 6.X-ray examination of the root apex shows that the periradicular membrane space is normal; 7.Patients have no systemic disease or their disease is under stable control; 8.Patients are able to cooperate with treatment and follow-up;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth with no response to pulp vitality tests and those with sinus tracts, swelling, irreparable crowns, or no pulp exposure even after caries removal; 2.Lack of bleeding after pulp exposure indicates partially necrotic pulp; 3.A tooth that cannot control bleeding within 5 minutes; 4.Patients are unable to cooperate with treatment or follow-up examinations;
