Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: If the patient is older than 18 years, the diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy meets the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy;The diagnosis of heart failure and ischemic cardiomyopathy met the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and hyperthyroidism; 2. A history of digestive diseases, including chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis, and pancreatitis; 3.Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis; 4.A history of cancer and gastrointestinal surgery; 5. acute and chronic infectious diseases; 6.Severe primary valvular heart disease and uncontrolled hypertension leading to ventricular dilation; 7.Congenital heart disease, restrictive cardiomyopathy, tachycardia cardiomyopathy; 8. Alcoholism; 9. Use antibiotics, probiotics and prebiotics within 3 months; 10. It is difficult to distinguish ICM or IDCM according to the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
