Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Pulmonary function test showing FEV1/FVC < 80% or FEV1 <= 70% of predicted value; 3. Newly diagnosed with lung cancer based on preoperative imaging; 4. Scheduled for thoracoscopic lung resection surgery; 5. Provided informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ChatGPT Patients in the acute phase of the disease or with musculoskeletal injuries that prevent them from tolerating pre-rehabilitation training; 2.Patients with consciousness disorders or mental abnormalities who cannot cooperate with pulmonary rehabilitation training; 3.Patients without accompanying family members and unable to use smart devices; 4.Patients with deficiencies in physical strength, intelligence, or hearing, preventing them from understanding or responding to questions.
