65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 65-80 years old; (2) body mass index (BMI) 19-35 kg/m2; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; (4) One knee medial KOA and suitable for UKA treatment; (5) Receive ACB as a analgesic regimen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Bilateral simultaneous UKA; (2) Allergic to bupivacaine or bupivacaine liposomes; (3) A history of chronic pain unrelated to the knee joint; (4) Recent (within the past 4 weeks) use of opioids (methadone, morphine, oxycodone, etc.); (5) There are contraindications of nerve block (local infection, sepsis, lower extremity neuromuscular disease); (6) Can not be used for joint function questionnaire evaluation.
