12 Years to 21 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 12-21 years, normal hearing and hearing, right-handed; 2. Unipolar, non-psychotic depression diagnosed by a psychiatrist (meeting DSM-V. diagnostic criteria for depression); 3. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) =17 and low suicide risk (suicide item score <3) in this trial; 4. No other physical therapy (electroconvulsive, transcranial magnetic stimulation, etc.) within 6 months; 5. The patient and his family agree to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious suicidal or self-injurious behavior; 2. Have neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 3. Combined with serious physical, infectious and immune system diseases; 4. History of organic brain diseases, brain trauma or surgery, and history of seizures; 5. Those who have drug dependence or alcohol dependence within one year;
