Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Intraoperative nerve monitoring is required when thyroid surgery is planned (2) ASA Grade I or II (3) Age > 18 (4) BMI 18-28kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient had an expected difficult airway (2) High risk of reflux aspiration (3) anaesthetic allergy
