Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with knee osteoarthritis who have unsatisfactory response to traditional drug therapy, sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection, or platelet-rich plasma intra-articular injection. 2.Patients with knee osteoarthritis who are unwilling or unable to undergo knee joint replacement surgery. 3.Patients with knee osteoarthritis who continue to experience refractory pain despite conventional treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical history of knee joint radiofrequency treatment 2. Patient with coagulation abnormalities 3. Surgical site infection or systemic infection 4. Psychiatric disorders 5. Body dysmorphic disorder 6. Substance abuse (e.g. opioids) 7. Pregnant women 8. Severe rheumatologic or autoimmune diseases
