Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients referred for endoscopic resection of a gastric mucosal leision with a diamater ranges from 2-5cm.Age > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.allergic to tranexmic acid; 2.a history of venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, stroke, and coronary artery disease; 3.Severe chronic renal failure(eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73 m2); 4.submucosal tumor or deep submucosal leision; 5.Inherited or acquired coagulation disorders that may affect bleeding risk; 6.receive anticoagulant therapy such as aspirin, clopidogrel, or warfarin and cannot stop taking it before surgery; 7.can not afford consent
