Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for tumor resection 2: age ranged from 18 to 70 years 3: ASA grade II to III 4: Informed consent was obtained before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: History of allergy to local anesthetics; 2: A history of asthma; 3: BMI<18.5 kg/m^2; 4: Chronic cough; 5: upper respiratory tract infection within 1 week; 6: Chronic sore throat 7: Combined with mental disease, unable to communicate normally
