Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 18 years old; (2) hemodynamically stable; (3) Patients with artificial airway and airway clearance disorders after mechanical ventilation: sputum retention indications such as sputum sounds, ineffective cough (cough score 30mL/day, decreased oxygen saturation, cyanosis, dyspnea and other indications of sputum retention; (4) Informed consent of the patient's family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications to the treatment of airway clearance techniques, such as: accompanied by severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; Chest skin breakage, patients with chest subcutaneous infection, chest fracture; Pregnant patients; unstable venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, undrained pneumothorax; (2) Inability to use EIT technology, such as: chest skin breakage, chest subcutaneous infection patients, chest fractures; Severe behavioral disorder, agitation and uncooperative patients; implantation of a pacemaker; ?BMI50.
