Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1).Patients who came to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China for surgical anesthesia from January 2014 to March 2024. (2).Noninvasive blood pressure monitoring or continuous invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring was performed during the operation, and the monitoring interval was =5 minutes. (3).Non-cardiac surgery was performed. (4).General anesthesia or general anesthesia combined with peripheral nerve block. (5).American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1).Intraoperative blood pressure records were missing for 5 minutes or more. (2).Surgical treatment of pheochromocytoma was performed. (3).Preoperative laboratory tests suggested myocardial injury. (4).Clinical data are incomplete, if preoperative basal blood pressure data are not available.
