Shenfu Group:Before induction of anesthesia, 50ml of Shenfu injection was diluted with 0.9% saline 100ml and then infused intravenously,the infusion was completed within 15 minutes
Control Group:Before induction of anesthesia, 0.9% normal saline (100ml) was given intravenously,the infusion was completed within 15 minutes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Age =65 years, ASA Grade II-III; 3.Patients with hypertension or coronary heart disease can tolerate general anesthesia after treatment; 4.The estimated operative time was =1 hour; 5.Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mental illness, severe cognitive impairment or with language and communication disorders; 2.Long-term use of sedative-hypnotic drugs; 3.Complicated with severe liver and kidney disease; 4.Blood pressure =180/110mmhg; 5.Difficult endotracheal intubation; 6.Patients who are allergic or have contraindications to shenfu, general anesthetic or its components.
