Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients over 18 years old, regardless of gender, undergoing cardiac surgery; 2) Serum creatinine has been measured within 30 days before surgery, and serum creatinine has been measured at least once within 48 hours and 48 hours to 7 days after surgery; 3) For patients who underwent multiple cardiac surgeries, only the first surgery was included in the analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Prior renal replacement therapy, heart or kidney transplantation; 2) Presence of end-stage renal disease or AKI or serum creatinine greater than 133 µmol/L before surgery; 3) incomplete data on preoperative and postoperative AKI-related indicators; 4) Intraoperative hemodynamic records are not available for more than 10 consecutive minutes; 5) preoperative tracheostomy, mechanical ventilation or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 6) Received treatment with an automated left ventricular assist device or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator; 7) Experienced intraoperative rescue (including cardiac arrest, anaphylactic shock and hemorrhage) or death.
