Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time onset, meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage as outlined in the "Diagnostic Criteria for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019," and diagnosed as a unilateral stroke patient via cranial MRI or head CT; 2. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Mild to moderate hand function impairment (with noticeable flexion movement in the fingers), MAS grading =3; 4. Edinburgh Dominant Hand Test results indicate right-handedness. 5. The patient or legal guardian has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of bleeding, burns, inflammation, or joint deformities in the hands; 2. Severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases; psychological disorders; skeletal diseases; infectious diseases; peripheral neuropathy; epilepsy; or malignant tumors; 3. Cognitive impairment (MMSE score < 20) and inability to perform simple task instructions; 4. Individuals with implanted cochlear implants, metal dentures, pacemakers, or other electronic devices that may be triggered by electromagnetic fields; 5. Individuals taking medications that improve central nervous system function and affect muscle tone; 6. Individuals with communication difficulties, aphasia, or severe articulation disorders; 7. Individuals with unilateral neglect, severe visual impairments, or visual perception disorders.
