Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients seeking PGT treatment 2. Age 25-40 years 3. Ovarian reserve assesses the normal range (AFC 5-20, AMH 1.2-5.0 ng/mL) 4. The menstrual cycle is regular and between 28-35 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. abnormality of uterine cavity: intrauterine adhesion, hysteroplasty for reconstruction of uterine cavity, polyps > 6mm in diameter 2. adenomyosis 3. recurrent pregnancy loss 4. underlying medical conditions: diabetes mellitus, SLE, obesity, hyperlipidemia
