Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects are normally developing children from the Chinese region and their native language is Chinese; (2) Subjects passed the Health and Exercise Risk and were able to participate fully in the 10-week physical play intervention; (3) Participating children and their parents did not have a history of psychiatric or neurological disorders or other major medical conditions; (4) Subjects' parents were informed and consented to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The subject's native language is not Chinese, or a minority language; (2) The primary subject did not participate in other physical activity interventions or language training midway through the programme; (3) Has more than one health and exercise risk. (4) Exercise intervention less than 2 times per week.
