18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASAII.~IV 2) Be older than 18 years old 3) Elective off-pump coronary artery bypass transplantation 4) Patients and their families understand the content of the experimental protocol and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of previous cardiac surgery; 2) History of previous mental illness and depression; 3) History of contraindications to anesthetics; 4) Combined with anemia, blood disorders or abnormal coagulation function; 5) Combined with severe liver and kidney impairment; 6) Co-existing infectious diseases; 7) Recent use of glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect the inflammatory response; 8) Those who are unable to cooperate with the investigators due to audio-visual or psychological diseases; 9) Alcohol or illicit drug abuse disorder.
