Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with MGD associated with dry eye admitted to the Ophthalmology Clinic of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University; 2. Age: 18-80 years old; 3. No gender limit; 4.All subjects signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from glaucoma, tear duct obstruction, keratitis, iritis and other eye diseases and a history of eye trauma; 2. History of corneal contact lens wear in the last 1 month; 3. Lipiflow meibomian gland heat pulsation treatment, intense pulsed light therapy, and meibomian gland probing were performed in the last 1 month; 4. History of eye surgery like cataract surgery, refractive surgery in the last 3 months; 5. Systemic diseases such as severe skin diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus and dry syndrome; 6. Allergy to okra ingredients; 7. Using systemic antibiotics, glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; 8. Pregnancy or lactation.
