Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria formulated by the 6th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and the first ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke is confirmed by MRI or CT examination. (2) 2 weeks to 3 months after stroke, aged 45-75 years; (3) Accompanied by unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction, Brunnstrom stage II-V; (4) No serious cognitive and speech dysfunction, MMSE=26, can cooperate with the completion of treatment and evaluation; (5) Patients and their families participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney, endocrine and other serious basic diseases and mental diseases; (2) can not tolerate cTBS or low-frequency rTMS treatment; (3) Patients with contraindications to rTMS (wearing pacemakers, intracranial metal implants, and other internal metal implants); (4) have received antispasmodic therapy or botox injection in the upper limb in a short period of time; (5)Can not cooperate with evaluation or treatment for various reasons.
