Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From December 2016 to May 2022, patients with no less than two courses of treatment of WMT in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University, age = 18 years old, regardless of gender, and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient has used antibiotics/hormones/probiotics within 3 months before admission to the transplant or during the transplant period, and used hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive drugs, diet drugs and related weight-loss surgery before transplantation or during the period of analysis.
