3 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children with potential facial changes undergoing AT for the first time. 2) Children and main caregivers with good communication abilities in Chinese/English. 3) Children aged 3-7 years and main caregivers aged 18-45 years. 4) Voluntary participation and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment. 2) Children with congenital craniofacial deformity. 3) Main caregivers are not their parents. 4) Inability to access the internet daily. 5) Long-term outing plans (>1 month). 6) Participation in other studies.
