Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=15 years old; 2. Live in the community continuously for more than 6 months in the past year; 3. Communication barrier-free, clear consciousness; 4. Volunteer for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with dementia or obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE<=26); 2.Caregivers of people with dementia.
