Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic or obstructive stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage [3] (2019); 2. Age between 18 and 60 years old, including 18 and 60 years old; 3. Diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke in the emergency department and received emergency treatment; 4. Underwent rehabilitation treatment in our hospital's rehabilitation department, with a follow-up period of =2 years; 5. Comprehensive patient information, including general data, current illness history, past medical history, emergency treatment history, and rehabilitation history, is available for the project research; 6. Approved by the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete or obviously erroneous, abnormal value data related to the project research, such as general information, current illness history, past medical history, etc. 2. Those who have a history of severe intracranial or extracranial brain trauma and have undergone craniotomy surgery; 3. Those suffering from dementia, memory impairment, mania, etc., which may affect the objective collection of medical history; 4. Those involved in medical or nursing disputes that may affect the objectivity of scoring; 5. Other situations that should be excluded after discussion by the research team.
