Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ovarian mass group (OC group and benign group): 1.a) =18 years of age; 2.b)due to the discovery of abdominal and pelvic masses admitted to hospital for surgery; Healthy group: a. = 18 years old; b. Patients without ovarian lesions; c. Patients who require laparoscopic or open surgery due to tubal ligation requiring recanalization or uterine prolapse; d. No obvious conscious discomfort;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Ovarian mass group (OC group and benign group): 1.a)radiotherapy and chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other treatment history; 2.b)History of malignant tumor; 3.c)Pregnancy; 4.d)Refused to join the group; 5.e)the primary tumor is not the ovarian organizer; 6.f)Patients with other malignant diseases; 7.g)Combined with a variety of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and autoimmune diseases; Healthy group: a. History of treatment including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc; b. History of malignant tumors; c. Pregnancy; d. Refuse to join the group; e. Individuals with severe functional impairments in other organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; f. Patients with multiple chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune diseases and malignant diseases.
