Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnostic criteria need to meet the disease code E11 in ICD-10 and the existence of patients at high risk of neurogenic bladder (according to the prediction model constructed by the group in the early stage of the study); 2.Age = 18 years old;3. Able to communicate independently, without mental disorder;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently diagnosed neurogenic bladder; 2. Acute metabolic complications of diabetes mellitus with ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycaemia; 3.Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs, such as the brain, heart and lungs; 4.The presence of psychiatric disorders and cognitive impairment;
