Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Students currently enrolled in middle school; (2) understand the purpose of the study, agree to participate, and have a guardian sign an informed consent form; and (3) have not participated in any other similar studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Students are unable to comprehend the intervention; and (2) students are unable to engage in the completion of all research intervention and evaluation sessions.
