Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Special medical support personnel, voluntarily participate in the trial and sign informed consent; 2. Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited; 3. High risk groups of lower digestive tract tumors: including family history, irregular life, poor eating habits, alcoholism, etc. Suspicious symptoms of the lower digestive system, such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, blood in the stool, etc. Patients with digestive diseases requiring regular reexamination, including post-resection of intestinal polyps, ulcerative colitis, and colonic diverticula; Other persons with definite or suspected colonic diseases requiring a colonic examination; 4. Those who do not wish to undergo a colon examination; 5. Patients who are allergic to narcotic drugs or have abnormal electrocardiogram or lung function, or are not eligible for colonoscopy due to other contraindications; 6. Able to communicate well with investigators and comply with experimental requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have no surgical conditions or refuse to undergo any abdominal surgery; 2. Acute peritonitis, intestinal perforation, extensive adhesion in abdominal cavity, etc. 3. Known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction, stenosis, or fistula; 4. Previous bowel surgery; 5. Pacemakers or other electronic devices implanted; 6. People with dysphagia disorders; 7. Pregnant woman; 8. Those who had a medical condition that could not tolerate the bowel preparation regimen used in the study.
