18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-60 years; 2) Right limb (hand and leg); 3) Chronic low back pain symptoms lasting more than 3 months; 4) Have not participated in similar experiments in the past 4 weeks; 5) Abnormal conditioned pain modulation (CPM-task: PPT2 minus PPT1 is negative);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of intracranial metal and electronic implants, intracranial tumors, head injury, any open wounds on the scalp and/or face; 2) Current use of anesthetic and analgesic anti-inflammatory medications; 3) Presence of fractures, severe heart disease, hypertension, risk of falls and other contraindications to exercise; 4) Presence of spinal cord injury, history of any back surgery; 5) Confirmed history of epilepsy, family history of epilepsy, history of loss of consciousness for more than 15 minutes; 6) Women who are menstruating, pregnant, or trying to conceive; 7) Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or severe obesity (BMI: 35.0 - 39.9) may cause cardiovascular risk
