Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.between 45 and 80 years old; 2.PD diagnostic criteria of MDS edition 2015; 3.FOG criteria (= any of the following) :?Subjective judgment: According to item 3 of the Freezing of Gait Questionnaire (FOGQ), patients are asked whether they feel their feet stuck to the ground during starting, turning, or walking; ? Subjective determination: Confirmation is made by showing typical FOG episodes to patients and caregivers; ? Objective judgment: FOG was induced by two-way 360° fast turn, double task and small step fast walking; 4.Hoehn-Yahr stage (H-Y stage) : Stages 2-4; 5.Concise Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) = 24 points; 6. PD drugs were taken stably for more than 2 weeks, and the drug treatment regimen was not changed during the study period; 7. Can be combined with rTMS treatment and symptom assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The subject has an intolerable adverse event (AE) that the subject and/or the investigator determine cannot be controlled with appropriate treatment; 2.Subjects receive treatment that is not allowed in this study, such as cardiac pacemaker, DBS, cochlear implant and other metal implant; 3.The subject has suicidal tendencies or psychotic symptoms; 4.The subjects have consciousness disorder, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis and other serious neurological/mental diseases and other serious organic diseases; 5.Participants participate in other studies.
