Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective radical resection of esophageal cancer under general anesthesia in patients with grade ASA(American Standars Association)I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative complicated with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; Allergy to the investigational drug; Any diseases of the central nervous system; Hearing impairment; History of long-term use of sedatives, analgesics, alcohol dependence; Patient rejection.
