Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with severe hypercholesterolemia were enrolled according to the American Academy of Pediatrics' Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital malformation, surgical diseases; Chromosome abnormality, congenital metabolic abnormality; Neonatal asphyxia, septicemia or suspected septicemia; ABO hemolysis or RH hemolysis requires blood exchange, glucose -6- phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
