Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III, body mass index 18-24 kg/m^2; 2. The function of heart, lung, liver and kidney are normal before operation; 3. Patients who agreed to participate in this study were selected to undergo intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring of spinal surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders such as myasthenia gravis; 2.Preoperative use of antidepressants, sedatives, and alcoholism; 3. Skull defects, elevated intracranial pressure, intracranial implants, artificial pacemaker; implants; 4.Refusal to participate in the study, allergy to narcotic drugs; 5.Accompanied by speech and sensory dysfunction; 6. Perceived unsuitability for participation in the study;
