Emergency Coverage Group:Performing flap transplantation immediately after the injury
Sub-acute Coverage Group:Performing flap transplantation within 72 hours after injury
Deferred Coverage Group:Performing flap transplantation after more than 72 hours post-injury

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years of age; 2. The fracture is a Type III open fracture of the limbs; 3. Consent to participate in this clinical study and can complete follow-ups on time. 4. Capable of completing clinical follow-ups, providing written informed consent, and participating in the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of similar fractures in the past 2. Concurrent severe internal medical diseases 3. Pathological fractures
