Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 children aged 6-12 years; 2 children who met the diagnostic criteria for chronic tonsillitis or obstructive apnea syndrome [13] and who underwent tonsillectomy with hypothermic plasma-assisted general anesthesia; 3 children with good treatment compliance; 4 during hospitalization, the family caregivers were the parents with clear thinking, who could read the words correctly, answer the questions and cooperate actively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 children with visual and hearing impairment, 2 history of acute and chronic pain induced by other diseases, 3 children with hyperalgesia, 4 abnormal coagulation function, 5 period of intervention, children who did not participate in the whole game because of their discomfort.
