Signs: eyelid margin congestion, lipid embolism, eyelid margin scale and keratinization, foam-like secretions, etc. Rating assessment based on clinical signs: (Mild: The eyelid margin is slightly inflated, with only a small amount of scales or lipid suppositories. When pressing the eyelid margin, the secretions are easy to squeeze out, showing a transparent oil sample, and not accompanied by a lesion of the lipid membrane. Moderate: eyelid margin filling, lipid thrombosis, obstruction of the orifice of the meibomian gland, exudates are white or white when squeezed, relatively solidified, not easy to be extruded, or the extrudate is toothpaste-like, not accompanied by eyelid margin, can be accompanied by conjunctiva filling, there may be point-like lesions on the periphery of the meibomial membrane, if there is a new tube of the meibomial membrane, it will cross the meiomembrane margin = 3 mm.)
