Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 75 years old or less; (2) Diagnosed with thoracic malignant tumours such as lung cancer, oesophageal cancer, breast cancer, mediastinal tumours, etc., confirmed by histopathological examination; (3) With clear indications for radiotherapy and receiving radiotherapy for the first time; (4) With Kahn's score of >=70 points; (5) The patients were clear in their mind and were able to understand and cooperate with the examinations; (6) Voluntarily enrolled in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With acute myocardial infarction (within 2 days), high-risk unstable angina pectoris, arrhythmia leading to haemodynamic instability, or other acute cardiac events; (2) Severe aortic constriction; (3) Acute pulmonary arterial thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; (4) Combined with severe cardiac, cerebral, renal, and other vital organ insufficiencies; (5) Patients with bone metastases at risk for exercise-induced pathological fracture; (6) With movement-limiting diseases; (7) Cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric abnormality incapable of cooperating with the examination; (8) With other malignant .tumours that are undergoing active treatment.
