Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Caregivers take care of children diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension, with children aged 3 months to 18 years old, exclusive; ? The caregiver is the main family member of a patient with pulmonary arterial hypertension; ? Caregivers take care of patients for more than 40 hours per week; ? Caregivers have normal listening, speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension abilities; ? Caregivers and patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Family or patient experiences other major stress events within one year, such as car accidents, relative passby, etc; ? The caregiver suffers from serious basic diseases, such as diabetes. Hypertension and other self-care burdens are heavy; ? Patients with complex congenital malformations or long-term chronic diseases that require surgical treatment, such as cardiomyopathy, leukemia, etc.
