Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a suspected diagnosis of thyroid cancer if part of a prospective study; patients with a diagnosis of thyroid cancer if part of a retrospective study; 2.Thyroid nodules in C-TIRADS category 3 and above; 3.All underwent surgery, and the interval between the last preoperative ultrasound examination and surgical resection was <3 months; 4.Presence of postoperative pathology (ultrasonography of the target nodule corresponds to the pathologic findings); 5.Received at least a central regional lymph node dissection; 6.Patients who received only central zone clearance were followed up for at least 12 months; 7.=18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Anti-tumor therapy was administered preoperatively; 2.Those with multiple malignant lesions; 3.Incomplete case information; 4.Poor ultrasound image acquisition due to uncontrollable breathing, carotid fluctuations, etc; 5.Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate individuals, etc.
