Interventions

Dexmedetomidine (Group D):Dexmedetomidine nasal spray every night before going to bed for 7 days
Normal saline control (Group C):Nasal spray of normal saline every night before going to bed for 7 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis was in accordance with the "2015 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden sensorineural hearing loss" approved by the Chinese Society of Rhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery; Patients with first onset of sudden deafness within 14 days. 2) Over 18 years of age; 3) Those who are conscious and have relevant cognitive and reading abilities; 4) Patients and their families give informed consent to this experiment and sign informed consent; 5) Sound immittance test results showed that the tympanic pressure was normal;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with heart, brain, liver, kidney and other vital organ dysfunction; 2) Patients with severe endocrine, nervous and immune system abnormalities; 3) Pregnancy and parturients; 4) Those with blurred consciousness or a history of mental illness; 5) Do not cooperate with the researcher; 6) otitis media patients; 7) Patients with congenital ear canal malformation;
