20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: GDM; age =20 years, =45 years; singleton; natural conception; gestational week 37 weeks and above; ultrasound examination of the infant is free of malformations; normal comprehension and cognitive ability with clear expression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus; 2, Pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism; 3, pregnant women with inherited metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; 4, the fetus may be malformed (through the pregnant woman's serological Down's syndrome screening, pregnancy 11-14 weeks of the nuchal translucency layer ultrasound screening or, 18-22 weeks of pregnancy ultrasound screening, amniocentesis or maternal peripheral blood in the fetal DNA test); 5, early pregnancy clear teratogenic viral infections (through the history of inquiry and TORCH serology diagnosis judgment); 6, pregnant women in the previous free fetal DNA testing. Puncture or maternal peripheral blood free fetal DNA test); 7, pregnant women exposed to organophosphorus pesticides, heavy metals, or radiation and other adverse environment; 8, pregnant women with chronic diarrhea, active Tuberculosis, severe kidney disease or heart disease and other diseases that affect the development of infants.
