Intervention Guidance Group: :targeted stratified intervention treatment and oral health guidance for children stratified according to a risk scoring system for high prevalence of dental disease in ch
Observation group:Observation group: routine oral public health service intervention once in 12 months, including oral health checkup and fluoride application once a year and fissure sealing
dental treatment program is the same as the routine outpatient clinic program in our hospital, without full-time nurses for dietary guidance and oral health education

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)The age is between 1 and 12 years old; 2)The mesial incisors and lateral incisors were fully erupted; 3) Guardian voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The child suffers from diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys and other important organs; 2) Children with congenital dental development disorders. 3) The child and his/her family have no desire for treatment; 4)suffering from a known serious progressive disease (e.g., malignant tumor) or a disease that causes severe failure of the patient. The expected survival time is not more than 12 months; 5)any condition that may interfere with the study process, such as mental retardation; 6) Inability to obtain informed consent or any condition that in the opinion of the investigator makes participation in this study unsuitable; 7) Participation in other ongoing clinical studies.
