Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients diagnosed as "anchored disc phenomenon (ADP)";

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.systematic osteoarthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis; 2.acute synovitis or suppurative arthritis; 3.uncontrolled systematic disease or other diseases; 4.Diagnosed psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression.
