Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare Institution Selection Criteria: Select representative areas across the country, including east, west, south, north, and central regions, according to the provincial capital, prefecture-level city, and county-level city within the three-tier maternal and child health network. Within each province, select one community health service center/township health clinic from each of the provincial capital, prefecture-level city, and county-level city; county-level maternal and child health hospitals within the provincial capital and prefecture-level cities; and tertiary hospitals with ASD diagnostic capabilities. 2. Parent Selection Criteria: Parents of children aged 0-6 who come for check-ups at the surveyed community health service centers/township health clinics, and parents of children who have been diagnosed with ASD at diagnostic institutions. 3. Healthcare Personnel Selection Criteria: Healthcare professionals involved in the initial and follow-up screening and diagnosis of ASD within the three-tier maternal and child health network at the surveyed locations. 4. Policymaker Selection Criteria: Leaders in charge from the Disabled Persons' Federation and the Health Commission within the surveyed district. 5. ASD Child Parent Selection Criteria: Parents of children diagnosed with ASD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Community Health Service Centers/Township Health Clinics without health check-up services for children aged 0-6. 2. Maternal and Child Health Institutions at the County/District level without outpatient services.
