18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients; 2. patients with diabetic foot plantar ulcer; 3. Patients who do not require toe amputation surgery or have completed toe amputation surgery and only require debridement and dressing change.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infection requiring intravenous antibiotics; 2. Severe ischemia (ABI less than 0.4 or severe stenosis of lower limb arteries or percutaneous oxygen pressure 100 U/L; creatinine clearance rate CKD-EPI<45ml/min) ? 1.74m2); 5. Suffering from mental illness and unable to cooperate with research; 6. pregnant woman.
